If you have more or less amount of chicken then you may increase or decrease the amount of ginger garlic paste respectively.
For more taste –
I will suggest you if you want to make the recipe more spicy and juicy then use coriander powder and cumin powder.
or you can also leave this step if you wouldn’t.
Make spicier and color full –
In order to make the recipe spicier and color full I use green chili and Kashmiri red chili.
Don’t use color powder to make the recipe colorful.
Color powder is not hygienic for the body.
So I will suggest you use Kashmiri red chili instead of color powder.
After adding all the ingredients to the chicken leave the chicken for 1 hour.
you can also keep the chicken in the refrigerator for 1 hour for marinating chicken.
Next process –
After 1 hour add some vinegar to it or you can also use lemon juice for it.
Vinegar adds some sour taste to it which most people like.
If you don’t have vinegar definitely use lemon instead of it.
Then add some arrowroot powder to it.
Arrowroot powder makes the recipe more crispy.
If you want to make the recipe juicer then continue reading I am going to tell you the process.
Add 2-4 tablespoon arrowroot powder if you are using 500gm chicken.

Then add some chickpeas flour (besan) closely 1 tablespoon.
You can also use rice flour instead of chickpea flour.
